The AI uses Torpedos, (to keep the original race idea), and I added Shield Depleters as new weapon. All files greatly improved, and tweaked, so now the Fazrah Empire tougher than ever...

Version 1.5

- Scouts added.
- Repair Ships renamed to Support ships and provide more supply to the attack fleets.
- Bye-Bye Graviton Hellbores (I loved you)
- Tweaked the attack ship`s weapon design, to prevent the AI of using Battlecruiser instead of Dreadnought (thx to Rexxx!)
- Tweaked Research.txt, and Design.txt for the proper use of MC, and QR.

- Optimised research.txt, and construction_vehicles.txt for the new designs
- Tweaked strategies.txt
- Tweaked race characteristic and traits (Lucky removed, Hardy Industrialists, Natural Merchants added)
